The experience from the moment I rode up to the garage door until I Ieft was awesome! Rich’s crew have the right idea on what customer service means and from my observation while waiting, it starts with Rich. Quint was my first point of contact, coming outside the office to greet me even before I got off my 2017 Indian Chieftain Limited. Rich introduced himself and showed me where to stow my gear in the waiting area. I was soon directed to sit on my bike and the process began. They ask a lot of questions about riding style and what changes you want. It took the most part of the day before I was on my way home, totally loving how much more comfortable I felt in the saddle. But the adage is certainly true in that doing the job right without shortcuts takes time. My final cost was a lot less than if I had bought another seat. There’s a reason why Rich has been in the business as long as he has, turning out a superior product with customer service to match. A shout out goes to Rich and his crew, “You guys rock!”
